After hitting Submit button you will receive an e-mail with a copy of your form. This is your evidence of your donation instruction.

Your charity, payroll department and employer Payroll Giving agency will receive your instructions

Donation set up and duration

Your Payroll Giving instructions are passed to:-

  • Payroll department, who will make the deduction at the next payroll run.
  • Charity - each charity you have chosen to support will be informed of your donation and contact preferences.
  • Charity Agency - the agency who is contracted to your employer to process monies from payroll to charities.

This donation will then run until you say "stop" or leave employment, when it stops automatically.
